A day at El Cielo Resort and the wine route
Come to El Cielo Resort and live a Tuscan-like experience. Start by having breakfast at our restaurant called Polaris. Then, see Harris’s hawks and what they do in our vineyards along the wine route. Later, our expert sommeliers will teach you about the grapevines and how they are harvested, while you taste our Blancs Calypso wine.
After that, enjoy a tour of our underground wine cellar, where you can taste the wine directly from the barrels. Continue with a self-guided tour around the vineyard in a golf cart. At lunchtime, enjoy a 4-course meal paired with our wines at the terrace of our Latitud 32 restaurant. Finally, take part in a wine tasting with chocolate at our exclusive Wine Club Lounge.

This tour is a wagon ride around the vineyards, where the guide explains the process of the grapevines during the year, the history of Valle de Guadalupe and El Cielo winery, one of the best vineyards in Mexico, while you enjoy tasting 3 different wines. An experience for families, friends or couples.
Golf cart rental
Take a golf cart tour of the vineyards owned by El Cielo Resort in Valle de Guadalupe with your family or friends and admire the landscapes, our orchard, olives and vines. Rent is for 30 minutes. Valid ID and deposit required, the driver must be an adult.
Wine cellar
Enjoy a tour of our vineyards while the guide explains the process that the vines go through during the year, the history of Valle de Guadalupe and El Cielo winery with a tasting of 3 different wines. After that, there is a tasting in the underground wine cellar, where a certified sommelier will guide you through the fermentation tank and barrel areas. Finally, you will taste 5 different El Cielo wines.
